Public Hearing on Proposed Annexation Rescheduled to March 9

The City of Greenbelt has rescheduled a public hearing on proposed annexation resolutions. The new date is March 9, 2026 at 7 p.m. The hearing is to be held at the Greenbelt Municipal Building, 25 Crescent Road.

The areas under consideration for annexation are currently owned by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and by the United States government: specifically, Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
