ERHS Student Self-Portraits On Display at BWI Airport

The Maryland Art Education Association and Thurgood Marshall Baltimore Washington International Airport partnered to present a juried youth exhibit in the Youth Art Gallery of BWI.
The theme was The Many Faces of Maryland. A total of 24 portraits were hung in the show, including three Prince George’s County Public Schools student works selected from more than 130 submissions. Self portraits by Darius Foster, Victoria Lewis and Vivian Chan, all Eleanor Roosevelt High School students are included in the show. A reception was held on December 1 to honor these outstanding students.

The City of Greenbelt has rescheduled a public hearing on proposed annexation resolutions. The new date is March 9, 2026
