Conviction for Murder Of Greenbelt Teacher

On Tuesday, June 17, Harold Landon III was convicted of the murder of Mariame Toure Sylla, a Greenbelt woman and teacher at Dora Kennedy French Immersion School who went missing during her evening walk in Schrom Hills Park on July 29, 2023. Landon faces life imprisonment and will be sentenced October 17.
